Iwatsu Negi

Specialty from Asago, Iwatsu Leeks are very mellow, soft and tasty. It can be used in hot-pot and roasting cooking. Very rare and very good, do not miss it!
(Available between November and March.)


Botan Nabe

Special Hot-Pot with vegetable and wild boar. Very delicious dish you can appreciate mainly in winter.
The Hot Spring Kurogawa propose a Mini Bontan Nabe set throughout the year.

Tajima Beef

The special beef from the Tajima region. Very tender and very well-known you can appreciate it in various restaurant, shops and Roadside station as “Fresh Asago Roadside station” or “Tajima no Mahoroba Roadside station”.

Ikuno Hayashi Rice

Specialty of Ikuno, the Hayashi Rice is a Western dish with beef on a red wine and tomato sauce. It is a famous dish which was eaten by the miners during activities of the Ikuno Mine.
